Qualitica announces the release of the highly anticipated version 3.0. It is the best update ever, with many new features:
- Charge your Tenant's with One-time and Metered Charges in Payment Wizard!
- Easily add Early Payments for Recurring Charges!
- Track your Meters with 'New Meter' and 'New Meter Reading' Wizards:
- Control quantity of Building's Vacant Units and Unit's Active Leases in the Building and Unit Forms and in the Lease Agreement Wizard!

- RentBoss 2.2 Server installation can't create share RentBoss on the server with Windows XP SP/2. In order to increase security we have removed share creation in RentBoss 2.3 Server installation and started to use more secure NetPipe connection.
